On Sunday 28th April, it was a great honour to attend the Anzac Commemorative Service at the Cannock Chase War Cemetery, which was held in remembrance of all Australians and New Zealanders who died in wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations, and the contribution and suffering of those who have – and continue to – serve. We were joined by the Lord Lieutenant; Dr Bronwyn Evans-Kent, New Zealand High Commission and Colonel; Brett Wellington of the New Zealand Defence Force; a representative from the Australian Defence Force; the Mayor of Stafford, and other local dignitaries.
