I was honoured to present High Sheriff Awards at Hanley Crown Court on Thursday. We recognised two outstanding citizens whose brave actions resulted in offenders being brought to justice. We also acknowledged two others in their absence. It was amazing to hear their stories and lovely to chat with them over tea afterwards.
