On a bitterly cold day in February, Staffordshire Police welcomed us to their HQ, and we were shown their impressive Armed Response Vehicles and elements of their training and equipment. A highlight was seeing all the kit they have to wear, or carry, learning about tasers, and seeing live-action refresher training in progress with armed officers clearing rooms along a corridor.
