On the evening of the 12th February I joined 20 other people at an AEDdonate Basic Life Support and Defibrillator Awareness Session.
During the session, which was ran by Jaimie Richards, we all learnt how to safely and effectively use a defibrillator, as well as general lifesaving skills. I’d like to than AEDdonate for the fantastic work they are doing around our county to make it safer for everyone. It was an interesting and enlightening session and I would recommend it to anyone.
