I was privileged to attend the funeral of Gordon Banks yesterday – in esteemed company. Thanks to Stoke City FC for their hospitality and the efficient buses. Thanks also to Stoke-on-Trent City Council, Staffordshire Police and many others who helped make this a day to remember.
