HM Lord-Lieutenant Ian Dudson CBE KstJ welcomes guests to the Staffordshire Jubilee Lunch and Garden Party
On Wednesday 1st June, The High Sheriff and his Consort, Lesley, attended the Staffordshire Jubilee Lunch and Garden Party at The Staffordshire County Showground which was the first day of the two-day County Show and the day before the 4-day Jubilee Weekend began.
The High Sheriff was delighted to accept the invitation from HM Lord-Lieutenant Ian Dudson CBE KstJ who invited 500 individuals to join him at the County Showground and who were nominated from organisations covering a wide range of activities in the County.
The special guests took part in a parade to commemorate Her Majesty’s 70-year reign and to recognise their outstanding service to the community of Staffordshire throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic.
In the evening, The High Sheriff and Lesley were delighted to attend The President’s Dinner hosted by The President of The Staffordshire & Birmingham Agricultural Society & Mrs Parrott. The High Sheriff extends his thanks for the warm welcome and hospitality during the evening.
