Attended the grand opening event for the photo documentary
exhibition marking the 25th anniversary of KFOR & Kosovo. A distinguished guest list including MP’s, Lord George Robertson, Lord David Hanney & Gen Sir Nicholas Carter. Powerful speeches delivered by veterans and guest presenters,
and opportunity to view the exhibition. Congratulations to Sita Kumari at Heartstone for initiating this Kosova – International project.

Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service Presentation Evening
An uplifting evening of pride & joy, applauding members of the Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service. Long Service and Good Conduct Medals were awarded to those who have completed 20 years of service, and the Clasp awarded for 30 or 40 years of operational service. This was a valuable opportunity to recognise such heroic dedication, loyalty, and devotion to duty.

Annual Service of Remembrance at John Wheeldon Primary Academy
Attended the Annual Service of Remembrance at John Wheeldon Primary Academy, with the Lord Liutenant, civic dignitaries & families of students. The children performed superbly: songs, readings and percussion. We observed a moment of silence to honour those who fought for the country and especially those connected to the School.

Royal Marines 360th Birthday Dinner (25th October 2024)
I was invited as Guest of Honour to deliver a speech to the RMA for this memorable celebration. Hosted at The Upper House Hotel, Barlaston, the event included toasts, speeches, and recognition of the world-class Royal Marines heroism and their loyal service to the nation.
